* Experience managing central/commercial kitchens is highly preferred.
* Experience working with and managing delivery platforms and third-party delivery operations is highly preferred.
* Ability to handle multiple projects and events simultaneously.
* UAE experience is preferred.
* Available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily catering operations and event execution.
* Coordinate between kitchen, service teams, drivers, suppliers, and clients.
* Ensure quality, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards are maintained.
* Improve operational efficiency and control costs.
* Manage schedules, staffing, and performance across all operational areas.
