📢 HIRING – SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE
📍 Location: UAE
💼 Position: Sales / Customer Service
We are looking for a motivated and responsible person to join our team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
UAE driving license is an advantage
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Able to communicate professionally with customers
Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic language is preferred
Basic English communication is required
Good knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer skills
Able to follow up with customers and solve customer concerns
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
Can work independently and as part of a team
Main Duties:
Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, phone, and email
Follow up with existing and new customers
Handle customer complaints and requests
Support sales activities and look for new customers
Prepare and update customer information and reports
Coordinate with the office and technicians when needed
