Green Hands LLC is one of the UAE's leading premium potted plant providers, serving homes, offices, and events across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
We are looking for a reliable, well-spoken Light Vehicle Driver who can take full ownership of deliveries, from route planning to customer coordination, and represent our premium brand professionally at every doorstep.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan efficient daily delivery routes, optimising for time and fuel consumption
Coordinate directly with customers in English: confirm availability the day before or morning of delivery, notify on approach, and share post-delivery care instructions as applicable
Prepare and issue manual tax invoices accurately
Handle deliveries of potted plants with care, ensuring they arrive in premium condition
Maintain the vehicle and keep accurate delivery records

Requirements:

English proficiency is a MUST, clear written and spoken communication for customer coordination
Valid UAE light vehicle driving licence with a clean record
Ability to issue manual tax invoices accurately
Proven ability to plan routes independently with efficient, fuel-optimal scheduling
2-5 years' relevant experience in the UAE
Strong customer-service attitude and punctuality
Familiarity with Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah road networks
