Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our technical team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our company headquarters in Sharjah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of a wide range of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment. This includes automated car wash systems, floor scrubbers, sweepers, and specialized building cleaning machinery. The ideal candidate must possess strong electrical diagnostic skills, hold a valid UAE driving license, and show a commitment to ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair electrical and electromechanical faults in automated car wash systems, floor care machines, and building cleaning equipment.

Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and extend equipment lifespan.

System Testing: Test electrical systems, circuits, and components using multimeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify hazards or defects.

Component Replacement: Repair or replace defective electrical parts, including motors, pumps, sensors, relays, switches, wiring, and control panels.

Technical Documentation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical blueprints, and manufacturer manuals.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date service logs, detailing repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety standards, local regulations, and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.

Field Support: Drive to client sites or different locations within the UAE (using company or personal vehicle as per policy) to perform on-site maintenance and emergency repairs.

Qualifications and Requirements
Driving License (Mandatory): Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.

Education: Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Electromechanics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an Electrical Technician, specifically in repairing car wash machinery, industrial cleaning equipment, or similar electromechanical systems.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of single and three-phase electrical systems, motors, and water pumps.

Familiarity with basic PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems and sensors.

Proficiency in using electrical hand tools and diagnostic testing equipment.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Language: Good command of the English language (spoken and written). Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.

Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site role based out of the Sharjah headquarters, with frequent travel to field sites for repairs.

Physical ability to lift heavy parts, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.

Flexibility to respond to emergency breakdown calls when necessary.
