Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused HR & Government Relations Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle government-related applications, communicate effectively with clients, and coordinate efficiently in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and follow up applications through Tas'heel, MOHRE, ICP, Immigration, Emirates ID, Labour, and related government portals.
* Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and application status.
* Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide timely updates.
* Draft letters, applications, and official correspondence in English and Arabic when required.
* Follow up with government departments and authorities regarding approvals and pending applications.
* Maintain proper records and documentation of all applications.
* Support HR, administration, and PRO-related activities.
Requirements:
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally in English and Arabic.
* Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Tas'heel, MOHRE, ICP, Immigration, Labour, Visa, PRO, or Business Setup Services is an advantage.
* Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred.
* Candidates with a Law (LLB) background or legal knowledge will have an added advantage.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
* Saturday & Sunday: Off
📍 Location: Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE
💰 Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000
