Job Details
We are hiring a fresh graduate who wants to build a career in Shipping & Customs Documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in preparing Import Declarations
2. Check and verify shipping documents - BL, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin
3. Coordinate with Customs, Port, Transport and Clearing teams for timely clearance
4. Maintain import files, BOE copies, Exit Certificates and VAT documentsAssist in FTA documents, MOCCAE / Municipality approvals.
5. Data entry and daily reporting to Import Supervisor
Requirements:
1. Must have Bachelor's Degree - Any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA preferred)
2. Freshers are welcome to apply - 0 to 1 Year experience
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Word / Email
4. Willing to learn Mirsal2, Dubai Customs procedures
5. Good communication in English
6. Ready to join immediately
