Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Aluminium Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in aluminium and glass fabrication, particularly in the manufacturing and assembly of aluminium doors, windows, frames, and related products.

The candidate should be comfortable operating aluminium fabrication machinery and have a good understanding of aluminium cutting, pressing, routing, drilling, printing, assembly, and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate and assemble aluminium doors, windows, frames, partitions, and other aluminium structures according to drawings and specifications.
* Operate and handle aluminium cutting machines for accurate cutting of aluminium profiles.
* Operate pressing/prizing machines for aluminium fabrication and profile processing.
* Operate printing machines used in the aluminium manufacturing process.
* Operate routing machines for drilling, routing, and profile preparation.
* Measure, mark, cut, drill, route, and assemble aluminium profiles accurately.
* Work with glass and aluminium for the production of doors, windows, partitions, and related products.
Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, finishing, and quality of fabricated products.
* Read and understand basic fabrication drawings, measurements, and specifications.
* Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required quality and dimensional standards.
* Maintain machinery, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
* Follow all company health, safety, and manufacturing procedures.
* Coordinate with supervisors and other production team members to complete orders on time.

Requirements
* 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Aluminium Fabricator / Aluminium Technician / Aluminium & Glass Fabricator.
* Hands-on experience in aluminium doors and windows manufacturing is required.
* Experience operating aluminium cutting machine, crimping machine, and routing machine.
* Knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass fitting, fabrication, assembly, and finishing.
* Ability to take accurate measurements and follow technical drawings/instructions.
* Good knowledge of aluminium fabrication tools and machinery.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a production team.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Candidates with experience in UAE aluminium and glass fabrication companies will be preferred.
