Job Details
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
Load and unload goods safely
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Organize and store items in designated locations
Perform regular stock checks and report discrepancies
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks)
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good physical stamina and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Forklift certification (an advantage)
