Job Details

Pure Metal Industries LLC is looking for an organized and proactive Operations & Commercial Coordinator to support our growing galvanizing operations. The candidate will coordinate between production, dispatch, customers, and accounts departments to ensure smooth daily operations and timely customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily production and dispatch activities
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries
Maintain order status, dispatch schedules, and pending job reports
Coordinate with production supervisors and dispatch team
Maintain operational and commercial records in Excel
Support management with daily reports and KPI tracking
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order updates
Knowledge of ISO 9001.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred
2–5 years experience in steel, fabrication, galvanizing, manufacturing, or industrial sector
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Organized, responsible, and proactive personality

Preferred:
At least 3 years of experience in galvanizing, steel fabrication, or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with production coordination and customer handling
