Job Title: Warehouse Stock Controller / Inventory Executive
Location: Industrial area 11 sharjah
Type: Full time
Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate stock maintenance in warehouse using Excel. Track all IN/OUT transactions, maintain bin/shelf locations, and provide daily stock reports. Must keep warehouse organized as per Aisle-Rack-Shelf system.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily Stock Entry: Record all GRN/Stock In and Delivery/Stock Out in Excel Transactions sheet with 100% accuracy.
Shelf/Bin Management: Ensure every item is stored and picked from correct Aisle-Rack-Shelf location like A-03-02. Update location in Excel if stock is moved.
Stock Balance: Maintain real-time Current Qty in Master Items sheet. Flag negative stock immediately.
Reorder Alerts: Check Status column daily. Inform purchasing when items hit Min Stock / REORDER level.
Cycle Counting: Count 1 Aisle per week as per cycle count plan. Update Last Count Date + report variances.
GRN & Delivery Note Filing: Match physical GRN/DN with Excel entry. Attach Reference No in Transactions sheet.
Warehouse Organization: Keep aisles clean, items in correct bins, and shelf labels updated.
Required Skills:
Excel: Must know VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot, Data Validation, Filters. This is 70% of the job.
Manual Entry: Fast typing, attention to detail. No typos in SKU.
Basic Math: Add/Subtract, understand stock balance logic.
Organization: Can follow Aisle-Rack-Shelf system and keep warehouse tidy.
Preferred/Added Advantage:
1-2 years warehouse/Inventory experience
Knowledge of FIFO, stock aging
KPIs we’ll track:
Stock accuracy % vs physical count
Data entry errors per month - target <5
Reorder alerts given on time - no stockouts
Need to handle ebay stocks.
