Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Storekeeper
to independently manage all warehouse operations in our chemical distribution facility. The successful candidate will be solely responsible for inventory control, receiving, storage, dispatch scheduling, and maintaining compliance with HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Take sole responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations.
Manage inventory of chemical products, packaging materials, and samples.
Receive, inspect, identify, and safely store incoming materials.
Plan and coordinate deliveries according to daily schedules.
Prepare orders and dispatch materials accurately and on time.
Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and storage of chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
Maintain inventory records using
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
and
Tally ERP
.
Perform stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics departments.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Storekeeper.
Experience in the chemical, industrial, lubricant, or hazardous goods industry is preferred.
Mandatory knowledge of chemical storage and handling procedures.
Experience with
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
and
Tally ERP
is required.
HSE Certification is mandatory.
Good computer and documentation skills.
Strong organizational and inventory management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Required).
