📢 WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS & COST CONTROL OFFICER
Company: Sher Ahmed Scaffolding TR.LLC
📍 Location: Al Sajaa Industrial Area, Sharjah, UAE
Sher Ahmed Scaffolding TR.LLC is looking for an experienced, responsible and detail-oriented professional to monitor company-wide operations, identify unnecessary expenses, improve efficiency and report directly to the company owner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily activities and performance across all departments.
* Identify unnecessary expenses, wastage and opportunities for cost reduction.
* Analyze operational and administrative expenses and recommend cost-saving measures.
* Monitor employee attendance, overtime, manpower utilization and productivity.
* Review vehicle expenses, fuel consumption, transportation and maintenance costs.
* Monitor machinery and equipment utilization, breakdowns and repair expenses.
* Identify opportunities to reduce utility bills, accommodation expenses and administrative overheads.
* Review recurring expenses and recommend improvements.
* Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions.
* Follow up with department heads on pending tasks and management instructions.
* Prepare daily reports highlighting operational issues, unnecessary expenses and potential savings.
* Present findings and recommendations directly to the company owner.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, administration, cost control or business coordination.
* Experience in construction, scaffolding or industrial companies preferred.
* Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with all departments.
* Accounting or finance qualifications are not mandatory.
* Honest, proactive and detail-oriented.
