Nursery Manager Wanted in Sharjah
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursery Manager to join our team in fekra Nursery.
The ideal candidate should have a background in Early Childhood Education and at least two years of experience working in a nursery or childcare setting. They should be organised, confident in managing staff and able to maintain a positive and welcoming environment for children, parents and employees.
Requirements:
* Must be female
* A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* At least two years of relevant work experience.
* Must meet the applicable SPEA requirements for the position.
* Valid CPR and First Aid certificates.
* Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage staff, oversee daily nursery activities and build positive relationships with parents.
Preferred: CACHE Level 5 or an equivalent relevant qualification in early years education or management.
Documents required:
* Updated CV.
* Passport and Emirates ID copies.
* Copies of educational qualifications and relevant certificates.
* Proof of previous work experience.
Location: Sharjah, UAE.
