🚨 Hiring: Purchase Incharge | Sharjah
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Incharge to join our growing team in the UAE. If you have strong procurement skills and experience managing purchasing operations, we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Location: Sharjah
💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE experience mandatory)
💰 Salary: Based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall purchasing process and ensure timely procurement of materials
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and quality
Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate records of transactions
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments
Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials
Track orders, deliveries, and resolve any supply issues
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience in purchasing/procurement
✅ Strong negotiation & communication skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
