We’re Hiring – Fabrication Estimator (Metal Fabrication)

Location: UAE

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Estimator to join our team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in metal fabrication estimation, preferably in interior fit-out, luxury residential, villa, and high-end architectural metal works.
* Strong knowledge of stainless steel and mild steel fabrication processes.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret fabrication and architectural drawings.
* Ability to understand drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.
* Good knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
* Familiarity with raw material sourcing, supplier management, and current material pricing.
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for fabrication projects.
* Review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the production team.
* Source materials and obtain competitive supplier quotations.
* Monitor project costs and ensure estimates are commercially competitive.
* Support the sales and project teams during tendering and execution.
Salary will be based on your experience.
