Assistant Butcher – UAE ( Sharjah )
We are looking for an Assistant Butcher to join our butchery team in the UAE – Sharjah .
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE in a butchery, meat shop, supermarket meat section, or similar food business
• Must be currently available in UAE
• Basic experience in meat cutting, trimming, and preparation
• Basic English communication
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to work in a chilled environment
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Ready to join immediately
Main Duties:
• Assist butchers in cutting and preparing meat
• Trim, clean, portion, and pack meat as instructed
• Arrange meat products for display and customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of knives, tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing meat products
• Support senior butchers and follow their instructions
Location: UAE – Sharjah
