HIRING – SALES & RENTAL EXECUTIVE
Location: Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and target-oriented Sales & Rental Executive to join our growing property rental and subleasing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate & Handle leads, customer inquiries, and close rental deals.
- Show available rooms and rental units to potential customers.
- Manage assigned rental units, existing tenants, and customer relationships.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve tenant concerns professionally.
- Coordinate rent collection, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Maintain occupancy levels and achieve monthly rental targets.
- Coordinate with other caretakers and management for daily operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales, rentals, or property management preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple rental units independently.
- Responsible, trustworthy, proactive, and target-driven.
- Good knowledge of Sharjah rental markets is an advantage.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Sales Commission
