Full Job description :
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our growing team and market our Properties. in Sharjah.
Handle inquiries conduct property tours and close the deals.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all meeting.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing, specifically in the UAE market.
Strong Knowledge of Sharjah market trends.
Proven experience in residential and commercial properties.
Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong marketing capabilities with the ability to manage various channels.
Results- driven and target oriented.
Must hold a valid UAE driving License.
Arabic native speaker is preferred.
Job: Type : Full-Time
Language : English & Arabic ( Spoken & Written)
License / Certification:
UAE Driving Lincense ( Required )
Salary Dhs. 5500 pm
