Job Description

We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Barista & Mixologist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in specialty coffee preparation, creative mocktails, fresh beverages, and modern café drink concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee, including Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White, and other specialty drinks.

Expert in Manual Brewing, V60, Pour-Over, and Specialty Coffee Techniques.

Prepare Matcha beverages, including hot and iced matcha, flavored matcha lattes, and creative matcha drinks.

Create and prepare Mocktails, Cocktails, Signature Drinks, and Creative Beverage Mixes.

Prepare Açaí Bowls, Açaí Smoothies, Fresh Smoothies, and Healthy Blended Drinks.

Strong knowledge of mixology, flavor combinations, garnishing, and beverage presentation.

Develop innovative seasonal drinks and new beverage recipes.

Maintain consistency, quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Manage beverage ingredients, stock levels, and minimize wastage.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista with Bartender / Mixologist skills.

Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, V60, matcha, mocktails, and smoothies.

Creative mindset with excellent presentation skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
