We are a specialty tea café in the heart of Sharjah dedicated to celebrating the depth, ritual, and culture of tea. Every day we brew a rotating selection of loose-leaf and crafted teas — from delicate white teas and aged pu-erhs to aromatic herbals and house blends. We're looking for a warm, attentive team member who takes real pride in what goes into every cup, and who ensures that each guest leaves with exactly the experience they came for.
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth and make them feel at home from the moment they walk in.
- Prepare and serve the daily tea menu following precise brewing standards — correct temperature, steep time, and portion for each variety.
- Maintain strict consistency in taste and presentation across every brew; no deviation from established recipes without approval.
- Guide guests through the tea menu, share knowledge about origins, tasting notes, and brewing methods with confidence and care.
-Monitor tea quality throughout service, discarding and re-brewing if any batch does not meet the café's standard.
- Keep the brew station clean, organised, and fully stocked at all times during service.
- Assist with daily mise en place — measuring, portioning, and labeling teas for the day's menu.
- Handle guest feedback graciously and escalate any concerns to the shift supervisor promptly.
- Support general café operations, including clearing tables, restocking, and maintaining a tidy environment.
