Job Details
We are hiring motivated and customer-focused Hotel Staff to join our hospitality team. Candidates should be passionate about providing excellent guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Perform front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, or guest service duties as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel facilities.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns.
Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
