Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive new business for Insight Overseas. This role is ideal for someone with a background in underwater, offshore and onshore surveying and investigations, marine, and engineering staffing agencies. The ideal candidate is confident engaging with clients at all levels, skilled at turning leads into long-term partnerships, and motivated by targets. Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by identifying, approaching, and winning new clients for our recruitment, manpower supply, and technical support services.
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and long-term contracts.
Understand client manpower requirements and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates on time.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings, and negotiate commercial terms.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and deals in the CRM and internal databases.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in the energy, marine, and engineering sectors to identify opportunities.
Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, and contribute to planning meetings and campaigns.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales or business development, preferably in underwater, offshore and onshore surveying and investigations, marine, and engineering staffing agencies.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and winning new accounts.
Knowledge of the UAE and GCC market is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in using computers, search engines, social media platforms, and AI tools; CRM experience is an advantage.
Self-motivated, well organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive commercial information professionally.
