Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive with experience in the Marble / Natural Stone Industry to drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of marble products, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and generate new business opportunities within the marble and natural stone market.
Promote and sell marble, granite, natural stone, slabs, and related products.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable marble products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders, and payments.
Coordinate with production, estimation, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and product presentations when required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and other business development activities when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the Marble / Natural Stone Industry.
Strong knowledge of marble, granite, slabs, and related stone products.
Experience in B2B sales, project sales, or construction-related sales is preferred.
Existing contacts with contractors, interior designers, consultants, developers, and construction companies will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE market experience is preferred.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
