Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

Role Purpose
We are looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Executive with a "hunter" mindset to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and selling professional cleaning equipment and chemicals to car wash centers and commercial cleaning companies across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Actively identify and target new B2B clients in the car wash and commercial cleaning sectors.
Client Management: Leverage and expand an existing database of B2B contacts to generate consistent sales.
Product Expertise: Conduct professional demonstrations of cleaning equipment and explain the technical benefits of specialized chemicals.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial cold calling and site visits to high-level negotiations and contract signing.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within the UAE market to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven B2B sales experience within the UAE. Experience in the cleaning industry or industrial chemicals is highly preferred.
Network: Must possess an active and transferable B2B client database in relevant sectors.
Licensing: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Mindset: Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to hit targets.
