We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our hypermarket team. As a Hypermarket Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers by maintaining store standards, assisting shoppers, and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled
Handle cashier duties, including billing and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the store
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Monitor product expiry dates and remove outdated items
Support promotional activities and in-store displays
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or supermarket experience is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
