🧠 Requirements:
* Arabic — fluent (mandatory)
* English — basic / conversational
* UAE sales experience (B2B preferred)
* Experience in machinery / forklifts / automotive / construction is a strong advantage
* Strong communication & negotiation skills
* Responsible, active, result-oriented
* Must be responsive to clients during working hours

💼 Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming leads
* Actively sell forklifts and equipment
* Communicate with Arabic-speaking clients (calls, WhatsApp, meetings)
* Follow up and close deals
* Maintain client relationships
* Work with CRM (Bitrix24)
* Manage deals from first contact to payment
* Achieve sales targets
* Coordinate with management

⏰ Working Schedule:
* 5 working days per week
* Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* 2 days off
📱 Important:
On days off, you must stay responsive to clients (calls / WhatsApp) if there are active deals

💰 Salary & Benefits:
* Fixed salary: 4000 AED
* Salary increase up to 5000 AED
(based on performance, discipline, and results)
* Commission: 1% – 1.5% per sale
(approximately 250–1500 AED per deal)
* Monthly bonuses:
* Internal sales competitions
* Target achieved = 1000+ AED bonus
* Additional bonuses:
* For pre-orders
* For exceeding targets
