About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic, multi-skilled Retail & E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage both our physical retail outlet in Sharjah and our online store sales. You will be responsible for serving walk-in customers, handling online orders, and ensuring inventory remains updated across both channels.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Store Sales: Assist walk-in customers, handle point-of-sale transactions, provide product information, and maintain a clean store display.
Online Order Management: Process daily orders from our website/marketplaces, manage packaging, and coordinate with courier partners for dispatch.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels between the physical outlet and online listings to prevent overselling.
Digital Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and online messages regarding product details and order tracking.
Product Listing: Upload new inventory, write basic product descriptions, and update stock counts on our website.
Courier Coordination: Hand over shipments to delivery partners and track dispatch updates.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales and basic e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with online platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or social media selling).
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Good computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Business, basic inventory tools).
Based in Sharjah or willing to commute easily from Dubai/Sharjah.
