The role of the Sales Manager is to to maximize the sale of new unit volume, upsell products and increase gross margins by coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to a team of Sales Executives and closing deals effectively by ensuring support to maximize the customer experience.



The key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:



Achieve monthly units targets by achieving sales KPI’s and driving an effective sales process
Achieve monthly targets for add on products such as:
a.Service Maintenance Contract
b.Dealer installed options
c.Trade-ins
Effectively coach SEs by conducting daily, weekly and monthly meetings to drive the achievement of monthly unit volume sales and gross margins
Conduct daily and weekly forecasting of unit volume and add-on sales performance to feed into the branch forecasting metrics for accurate Management reporting.
Ensure accurate data capture of customer details on Fastrack by the Sales Executives to meet sale process Service Level Agreements
Coach, develop and effectively manage Sales Associates performance and growth through the use of HR Tools such as PIPs, IDP’s, PDR’s etc. and timely escalation to LM’s & HRBP where required.
Achieve highest level of customer service satisfaction by following Al-Futtaim customer service values and providing seamless customer experience


Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
Written and spoken English is a must; Arabic is preferable



Minimum Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling products and services
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a team
Automotive or Retail Sales background required



Job Related Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of end-to-end sales process and automotive add-on products
Strong interpersonal skills allowing for the effective coaching of Sales Executives
Create individual Sales Executive objective setting and development plans
Monitor Sales Executive performance and provide feedback to Sales Executives
