Job Details
We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while managing front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Support other departments as required.
Requirements:
Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
