A REPUTED TRADING COMPANY IN UAE IS LOOKING FOR ENERGETIC AND CAREER ORIENTE FEMALE FILIPINO SECRATORY/RECEPTIONIST WITH OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION SKILLS!!

Job Description:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in UAE.
• Personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
• Act as the point of contact between the executives and external CLIENTS/SUPPLIERS.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS
• Must have strong ENGLISH DRAFTING skills to promptly respond emails in a professional manner
• Must be good in excel to update relevant excel data forms/sheets.
• Typing and word skills would be preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
• Salary would be between 3K to 3.5K depending on candidature offered.
• Working hours from 8am to 5.30pm Sunday to Thursday.
• All other benefits as per UAE labor Law
