Asas Real Estate Launches Sales for Rawdat Al Qurt to Citizens and Residents

Asas Real Estate, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, announced the launch of sales for its Rawdat Al Qurt residential and commercial project. This is the first integrated development on the new Khor Fakkan Road in the Emirate of Sharjah, adjacent to the Al Suyoh residential area and close to Dubai and Emirates and Al Dhaid Roads.
The company revealed that freehold ownership is now available for purchase in Rawdat Al Qurt to UAE citizens, GCC nationals, and Arab residents of the UAE, with competitive prices starting from AED 50 per square foot. Payment plans are available for up to three years directly from the developer, in addition to financing facilities from Sharjah Islamic Bank.
The General Manager of Asas Real Estate stated that the Rawdat Al Qurt project offers a unique investment opportunity with competitive prices for residential and commercial land plots within its integrated master plan. He noted that residential land prices start from AED 180,000, at AED 50 per square foot, while commercial land prices start from AED 237,000, at AED 55 per square foot.
He added, "Asas undertook this expansion in direct response to the high demand from citizens and residents for this type of project. The company focuses on developing vital real estate projects that provide the highest quality of life."
According to the company, the Rawdat Al Qurt project offers residential land plots with the option to build villas with a ground floor plus two additional floors, starting from 3,100 square feet. The project also provides larger building options for commercial land plots, allowing for ground floor plus two floors, or ground floor plus parking plus three floors, with areas ranging from 5,000 square feet to 18,000 square feet.
She confirmed that the “Rawdat Al Qurt” project plan has been approved, which takes into account the development of the basic infrastructure and the integration of residential and logistical facilities and services, while work is underway to start the land leveling, asphalt and infrastructure works, in conjunction with the project being put up for sale.
