Dear Hiring Manager,
I am applying for the Agile Delivery Manager position at Emirates Group IT. With over 16+ years of experience in programme and portfolio delivery in complex, multi-vendor technology environments, including government digital transformation, AI platform delivery, and enterprise systems integration, I believe I can complement Emirates' agile operating model effectively.
Throughout my career, I have led concurrent technology programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, managing cross-functional teams of over 15 across multiple workstreams simultaneously. At Serotonin Technologies, I successfully managed the delivery of the UAE Federal National Council's parliamentary infrastructure programme, an AED 8M+ vendor-led CAPEX programme spanning 8 vendor ecosystems
My software delivery experience includes leading the JD Edwards ERP upgrade at Dubai Taxi Corporation, a 14-month programme involving 1,200+ users across Finance, HR, Fleet, and Operations. I applied TOGAF enterprise architecture standards, managed 150+ UAT test cases, and achieved 98% defect resolution pre-go-live.
I am proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet, actively applying Agile principles in my programmes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
I hold PMP certification and ITIL v3 Foundation, and I am currently pursuing CSM certification to formalize my Scrum Master credentials, a requirement for this role. I am confident that my depth in programme delivery, stakeholder management skills, and experience with vendor-led CAPEX programmes make me a valuable addition to Emirates Group IT's integration delivery team.
