I am proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and Smartsheet, actively applying Agile principles in my programmes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
I hold PMP certification and ITIL v3 Foundation, and I am currently pursuing CSM certification to formalize my Scrum Master credentials, a requirement for this role. I am confident that my depth in programme delivery, stakeholder management skills, and experience with vendor-led CAPEX programmes make me a valuable addition to Emirates Group IT's integration delivery team.
