Experienced Head Chef available in UAE for a suitable restaurant opportunity.

I have 13 years of experience in South Indian & Kerala cuisine, including 7 years as Head Chef. I have strong experience in kitchen management, staff handling, menu planning, food costing, purchasing, quality control and daily restaurant operations.

I can also set up and operate a Kerala-style restaurant from the beginning, including:

• Kerala / South Indian menu development
• Kitchen setup and workflow
• Staff recruitment & training
• Food costing and portion control
• Purchasing & supplier management
• Hygiene and quality control
• Kitchen & restaurant operations
• Menu pricing and profitability
• Reducing food wastage and operating costs
• Creating a concept suitable for the UAE market

I am confident that with my experience, I can set up and manage a Kerala-style restaurant and make it profitable with proper planning and operation.
