Job Details

We are a Japanese food manufacturing company expanding our business in the UAE. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to develop new customers and increase sales of our premium cake and confectionery products.

Main Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire new B2B customers.
* Visit restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, catering companies and other potential customers.
* Develop relationships with owners, purchasing managers, procurement teams, chefs and F&B managers.
* Present company products and arrange samples/product tastings.
* Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
* Convert prospects into new customers and recurring orders.
* Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase repeat sales.
* Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
* Achieve monthly sales and new-customer targets.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE.
* Experience in Food, FMCG, Bakery, Confectionery, Chocolate, Desserts or related industries is highly preferred.
* Experience with HoReCa customers is strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to develop new customers and generate sales.
* Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Good English.
* UAE driving licence required.
* Own vehicle is an advantage.
* Existing UAE customer network is a strong advantage.
* Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a new-business-focused salesperson who can actively find customers, arrange meetings, present our products, close deals and develop long-term customer relationships.

Candidates with an existing network in restaurants, cafés, hotels, bakeries, supermarkets, catering companies or food distributors in the UAE will be given priority.
