Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Customer Care Representative to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and support sales growth within the chemical distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
Handle customer service requests professionally.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Accounts for order fulfillment.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
Monitor customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
Experience in the chemical, industrial, or trading industry is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Required).
